Your Order

After completing the order and payment procedures, we cannot accept changes or cancellations to the order.

Please carefully check the confirmation screen before completing your order and be careful not to make any mistakes.

Shipping cost
Free shipping for orders over ¥15,000 (in Japan). *Excluding some remote islands.
Delivery
In principle, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. *Except Sundays & holidays.

In addition, if the product cannot be shipped due to damage or missing items, our customer support will contact you.

Exchanges

Credit Card Payment

All major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay can be used.

*The usage fee will be borne by our shop.
*The withdrawal date is the settlement date of each card company.

* Only “lump-sum payment” is available. "Payment in installments" and "Bonus lump-sum payment" cannot be used.

Debit Card Payment

If you use a debit card, you will be billed immediately after completing your order as it is an immediate payment.

Returns and cancellation refunds may take a number of days.

Convenience Store Payment

All major carriers such as docomo, au, and softbank can be used. Payment is included in monthly mobile phone usage charges.
Cash on Delivery
SUPPLIER does not support "cash on delivery".

For secure online payments, we reserve the right to request your credit card information. We reserve the right to cancel your order history and your account if you fail to provide us with your credit card information or discover fraudulent transactions. Confidential information obtained will be strictly protected and used only for verification purposes.
