About Shipping Costs

Free shipping within Japan for orders over ¥15,000. *Excludes some remote islands.

About Delivery

In principle, we ship within 3 business days after confirming payment.
*Excludes Sundays and public holidays.

If it is not possible to ship due to damage or missing items, our customer support will contact you.

About Returns and Refunds

Exchanges
Please send back within 15 days from the order date.
We will refund the cost of the product you return. Please reorder as needed.

About Orders

Credit Card Payment

All major credit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, are accepted.

*Handling fees are borne by our store.
*The billing date is the payment date set by each card company.

*Only "lump-sum payment" is available. "Installment payment" and "bonus lump-sum payment" are not available.

Debit Card Payment

If you use a debit card, payment is immediate, and the charge will be made right after the order is completed.

Refunds for returns and cancellations may take a considerable amount of time.

Convenience Store Payment

All major convenience stores, such as Seven-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart, are available for payment.
Please make the payment at the designated convenience store.

Carrier Payment

All major carriers, such as Docomo, au, Softbank, are accepted. The payment will be included in your monthly mobile phone bill.

Cash on Delivery

SUPPLIER does not support "cash on delivery"

Preventing Fraudulent Payments

For safe online payments, we reserve the right to request your credit card information. If we cannot obtain the credit card information or detect fraudulent payments, we reserve the right to cancel your order history and account.
