RETURN POLICY

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

You may return items for up to 21days from the date of order. Returns are only accepted for new, unused items with undamaged tags and packaging, and must be in a resalable condition. Sale items and outlet items purchased during the sale period are generally not returnable.

Return Cost

We currently do not cover return shipping costs, so all return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Return Checklist

□ Within 21 days from the date of order
  e.g.) Order placed on 5/1 → Shipped by 5/21
Please note that this does not mean within 15 days from the date the item arrives at the customer's possession.
□ Tags, bags, and other accessories are included in the order.
□ The item is in a condition prior to use or washing.
□ The item has not been damaged or soiled by the customer.
□ The item has not been hemmed or altered.

HOW TO RETURN

Below is a step by step guide on how to return your online item(s) back to us:

Step 1
Submit Return Form or print and put your returns label in your parcel.

Now that you have submitted the Return Form or you have generated your returns label, please print the label and put it into your parcel. 

All you have to do is include a written note with your order number and details so our warehouse knows who the return is from.

Please note, you will need to pay the cost of return and also put the invoice back into your parcel. 
Exceptions: if we can verify that the item arrived defected, then we will cover the shipping cost for the return.

Step 2
Drop your return parcel at your closest Parcelshop

For returns caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3
SUPPLIER will reply to inform you of the status of the return.

Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) for your parcel to be returned back to the warehouse and processed by the returns team. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your return. Please wait to receive your confirmation email.

Step 4
Refund

Once we confirm the item(s) have arrived at our warehouse, we will then move forward with the refund process. However, if we find that the return does not fulfill the checklist, we will not be able to issue a refund. We will have to send the parcel back to you with the ‘Cost on Delivery’ method.
